How we use it: to respond to inquiries, deliver and report on marketing services, improve our website, and, where you've opted in, to send occasional marketing communications.
Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (e.g. ad platforms, email tools, hosting) strictly to deliver our services, and where required by law.
Your rights: depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting support@halogen6x.com.
Data retention: we retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website or engaging Halogen 6X's services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided under a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which governs scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement.
Marketing performance (rankings, ROAS, traffic, leads) depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-provided assets. We do not guarantee specific results, and any figures shown on this site are illustrative examples from past engagements, not promises of future performance.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for work already performed. Either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Setup fees and any work already completed within the current billing cycle are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, service continues through the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't pro-rate partial months.
To cancel or request a refund, contact support@halogen6x.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta, Google) is billed and refunded by those platforms under their own policies, and is separate from Halogen 6X's service fees.
Service Delivery Policy
Halogen 6X provides digital marketing services only — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Work is delivered electronically (campaign setup, reporting dashboards, strategy documents) directly to the email or account access you provide.
Onboarding typically begins within 1–2 business days of your first payment. Initial campaign builds or audits are delivered within 5–7 business days of onboarding, depending on scope. Ongoing work (optimization, reporting) continues throughout the active billing period.
Payments & Billing
Service fees are billed monthly, in advance, in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer; specific payment methods available at checkout may vary. Advertising spend on Meta or Google is billed separately by those platforms directly to your own ad accounts.
Prices shown on our Pricing page are current at time of publishing and may be updated with notice for new engagements; active client pricing is fixed for the term agreed in your contract or statement of work.
